Welcome to St. Jude
On behalf of the parishioners and staff of Saint Jude Parish, welcome. This is a faith community known for its hospitality and generosity. Having embraced the renewal envisioned by the Second Vatican Council, we are committed to growing in prayer, faith, service, and full and active participation in liturgy. We have not arrived, but are committed to the journey.
Ours is a fairly young parish with vital programs for our youth. A strong staff and many dedicated volunteers offer numerous programs for the benefit of the people especially in the Redmond, and south Woodinville-Bear Creek areas. Founded in 1978, we are now reaching young adulthood, with its typical benefits and challenges. Positively we have become established, programs are running and we have a developing sense of ourselves and our mission. In a highly mobile area and growing area we are facing the challenges of becoming more welcoming, improving our calling forth peoples’ gifts, and discovering further ways to build a sense of community.
All are welcome at Saint Jude. This website is intended to give a fuller explanation of whom God has called us to be and where the Spirit is leading us.
